The joy of seeing your favorite characters move like you're watching a movie. Well, technically they're not moving, but you get what I mean.
Webtoons are for all the comics nerds who like to gawk at the aesthetics of the characters.
If you're looking to get started or you're already a Webtoons maniac, here's a list that'll fill you up with a new addiction:
Witch hunt (Completed)
A supernatural Webtoon that follows the story of Izzy - a witch- and Gamin a high schooler who saw something he shouldn't have and got himself into a dangerous life of no boredom.
2. I love Yoo (Ongoing)
Started off as a romance and later turned into a drama. The story follows the life of Shin Ae a high school senior and how her life changed for good after she met the Hirahara brothers.
It's a very slow one though, so be prepared!
3. Traceless knight (Ongoing)
To be completely honest I only started this one because there was a competition on the Webtoon app: whoever reads a number of episode from a Canvas Webtoon will get 5 coins (that I used on I love Yoo, thank you very much!) It was a win win situation as I discovered a great Webtoon.
Anyways, so Traceless knight is about a young magician living with his father while hiding his power as a secret. But it all changes the night a knight visits them.
4. Rebirth (Ongoing)
A fantasy Webtoon that has time travel, zombies and superpowers. If this doesn't sell it, I don't know what will.
Featuring: a cute puppy!
5. Unlovable replacement (Ongoing)
One of my favorites at the moment. It's so light and the art is captivating in a simple way.
This Romance Webtoon follows the weird relationship between Chico (a guy that just got dumped) and November (a delivery girl). There's so much more to the story than just that, but I'll let you discover it on your own.
